While Group President at Aspen Marketing, Yvon was approached by a senior marketing team at Dell who wanted to find a way to increase the brand’s “share of mind” among existing small and medium-sized business customers.

Since Dell’s primary interface with these customers was electronic, Yvon and his creative team recommended “associating a face” with Dell by bringing the brand directly to its customers via a double-expandable, mobile showroom. Inside, invited customers participated in individual product demos, listened to group presentations and were among the first to be introduced to Dell’s newest product offerings.

The tour enhanced Dell’s relationship with over 5,000 of its small business customers increasing their orders by an average of 22% from the previous year.
