  Yvon Russell is one of the most successful experiential marketers and creative forces in event marketing today. He’s entrepreneurial, strategic and street-smart with an extraordinary history of success, connecting brands with targeted audiences through groundbreaking experiential tours. With an eye for great design and a genius for new technology and new properties, Yvon continues to find new ways to connect with customers at businesses and events nationwide. During his 20+ years in the industry, Yvon has created experiences for dozens of Fortune 500 clients with a special mastery in verticals such as technology, telcom, media and automotive.

His signature approach to differentiating and promoting brands, which he calls “event-centric” marketing, is one in which the “brand experience” is central to integrated marketing campaigns supported by other below-the-line tactics including online, direct mail, email, lead generation, interactive and more.

Yvon Russell is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of EventNext, an experiential marketing agency providing marketers with turnkey, brand experiences from ideation to execution and everything in between. EventNext enables marketers to integrate their experiential campaigns with the web delivering superior returns on their marketing spend.

Prior to launching EventNext, Yvon had been the Group President at Aspen Marketing Services since April of 2000. At Aspen, Yvon managed the event marketing discipline and led cross-departmental new business teams to win AOR business with AT&T, Qwest and USAA Financial Services. During his tenure at Aspen, Yvon assembled a creative and logistics powerhouse that won numerous industry awards for creativity, design and, most importantly, results.

In 1988, Yvon founded an event marketing agency, M3 Marketing Group, that won a number of industry awards and was ranked as high as the 20th top promotional agency in the U.S. Yvon sold the agency to Aspen in 2000.

Prior to launching M3 Marketing Group, Yvon spent seven years being mentored in the Pepsi Cola system. While there, Yvon became the company’s youngest Regional Sales Manager ever at the age of 23 and was later elevated to manage all Field Marketing in the Midwest for the bottler.
