The Toyota Ever-Better Expedition

Working with Toyota exhibit partner MC², EventNext produced an ambitious tour throughout North America that gathered actionable insights from Toyota owners, employees, and prospects on their vehicle usage to help Toyota make their products #EverBetter. EventNext scouted 25,000 miles of road, negotiated film permits in over 200 municipalities, and managed all drive and travel logistics for over 140 Toyota engineers and a 30-person field crew. Toyota presented film from the tour at their annual dealership meeting in Las Vegas.
